Ultrafine Mill promotes comprehensive utilization of tailings


At present, the relatively mature technology for tailings utilization is the use of tailings as aerated concrete products. The raw materials used are tailings, cement, gypsum, lime etc, while some wastes are produced in the production process of nanometer calcium carbonate, which can be used. Ultrafine mill in these wastes is widely used and has played a major role in it.

Aerated concrete is a new type of building material developed in the 1930s. It uses industrial waste such as fly ash, tailings etc with cement, lime, gypsum etc as the main raw material, and lightweight building wall material are made by steamed aluminum powder and pressure curing. Aerated concrete has low thermal conductivity and light capacity, which are about 1/4 and 1/3 of clay bricks respectively, and it can reduce the building's own weight and greatly improve the seismic capacity. Compared with clay red brick masonry, the masonry mortar is reduced by 2/ 3. The wall weight is reduced by 26%, the seismic load is reduced by 40%, and the comprehensive construction cost can be reduced by 10%. Because aerated concrete has the characteristics of light weight, good thermal insulation performance, processability and environmental protection, it is widely used in industrial and civil buildings. It is a new type of wall material promoted by the Ministry of Construction and the Provincial Construction Department.
